Massachusetts judge apologizes to conservative justices - Gorsuch and Kavanaugh can kiss my Italian ass!

"Since the beginning of President Donald Trump’s second term, the Supreme Court’s conservative majority has sided with the White House in nearly every case it has considered.

But it has done so relatively opaquely through more than a dozen emergency orders -- unsigned opinions issued relatively quickly and without oral argument.

Emergency orders are intended to be temporary, outlining whether a policy can be implemented while its legality is still being litigated. In practicality, the court’s orders -- often encompassing a few paragraphs and little legal reasoning -- have allowed the deportation of hundreds of thousands of people and the elimination of billions in government spending."

So let me get this straight these so-called emergency orders do not set precedent, yet Gorsuch and Kavanaugh are chastising Judge William G. Young of the U.S. District Court in Massachusetts for not treating their emergency orders as precedent?!?

We all know why the conservatives are taking this route. They never want to allow a Democrat to exercise the same autocratic power they've given to Donnie Rotten.

Gorsuch shouldn't even be on this court, so he's a fraud and Kavanaugh is a beer drinking lush who sexually assaulted Christine Blasey Ford.

The arrogance of these two is beyond the pale.

BTW; Judge Young is a Reagan appointee, so he's not a liberal by any stretch.
