I like being able to start with a quote from an inspirational human being such as Ms. Kay. In fact, I'll try to end this essay with more on that. I'll just say that the arts are extremely important.

It seemed that the month of September ended poorly for the felon and his pet Hegseth. Peter didn't couch his ignorant contempt for the military as he attempted a motivational pep talk. Fat chance of that happening. The felon was not aware that military leaders do not clap in support of political speeches, especially not those advocating fascism. They should have buckled their seat belts as the felon attempted to drive the nation in Mackenzie Shirilla -style.

Obviously, they are dangerous in their violent attempt to destroy the Constitution. Though Stephan Miller insist that “it means just what I choose it to mean — neither more nor less,” the Constitution's only references to a sociopath-in-chief focus on impeachment and conviction. Chumpty Dumpty will eventually learn that lesson. The federal court system doesn't seem to be helping the administration.

James Comey and Letitia James have been indicted, and it is possible if not likely that Adam Schiff will also be charged. As a NYS resident, I like, respect, and trust as our state's attorney general. I have great confidence in her. And her strengths are exactly why the felon wants to exact revenge on her. (Note: the definition of “exact revenge” is to demand and obtain punishment for someone who has harmed you.)

Now, the indictments against Comey and James are cases of selective, vindictive prosecutions. Patrick Fitzgerald said, at the October 8 proceeding where Comey entered a plea of “not guilty,” that this is but one point that he will seek the dismissal of the indictments at the November 19 hearing. They will also document that the prosecutor was not legitimately appointed, that the grand jury process was abusive, and that the administration is acting outrageously.

Now, think back to when Comey was fired, and the felon bragged about it with his Russian guests in the Oval Office. Next, consider every single time the felon has attacked him while talking with the media and in his internet rants, from May of 2017 until his recent outbursts advocating an indictment before time ran out.

Mr. Fitzgerald's team is organizing highlights for use at the November 19 hearing. Thus, at the latest, Judge Michael Nachmanoff should dismiss the indictments with prejudice. And the same basic pattern will likely hold in A.G. James' case, and Senator Schiff's if he is indicted.

Slowly but surely, some maga are starting to distance themselves from the sex offender/felon. Consider that Marjorie Taylor Greene said she will read the list of offenders that the victims are compiling on the floor of the House. The media has reported the felon has called maga leaders, asking, “What's going on with Marjorie?” Maybe it is due to the death threats she is getting from those opposed to opening the Epstein files that she spoke of? That's speculation on my part, of course. But as she said, he has her cell phone number if he wants to talk.

We are in the preseason of next year's mid-terms, but we can anticipate more of the ambitious maga elected officials to flake away from him like dandruff. Those in the House know they are facing bitter defeats, and that the felon will be reduced to a lame duck. Currently, their refusal to take actions to release the Epstein scandal files hurts them with a significant portion of the cult, who recognize the campaign lied to them, and the administration has something to hide. It does not require a large number of the cult to recognize they have been betrayed to change election outcomes in 2026.

As I have said – perhaps ad nauseam – in times of social tensions, conspiracy theories take deep root. We are witnessing a divide among the maga faithful about the killing of Charlie Kirk. Now, I tend to adhere to the ancient teaching that sometimes a blunt is just a blunt, and you have to be willing to take a hit (or more) for the team. But a number of the top maga influencers are claiming that the administration is conducting a cover up. And a large number of the cult trusts them, and find it more likely this is true, after seeing the cover up of the Epstein scandal files. The momentum is building.

And finally, Hegseth announced that while his Qatar gently weeps, the administration will allow a foreign country to build a military base in Idaho. Many of the cult members recall that in 2017, the felon said, “The nation of Qatar, unfortunately, has historically been a funder of terrorism at a very high level.” It merely took the recent offer of a $400 million luxury jet liner to change his mind. When cult members began expressing outrage about the first every foreign military base in the country, Hegseth attempted to justify it as a training school for Qatar's pilots. Since few if any cult members can tell the difference between Qatar and Saudi Arabia, they remember the 9-11 hijackers were trained at US flight schools.

Are things perfect? Of course not. We are confronting a fascist threat from within, that this administration is fronting for. Our party leaders are not perfect – excepting only AOC and Jasmine – but they are doing better than many give them credit for. The courts are holding, at least for now. And “now” is exactly the time we need the grass roots to coordinate with the party to knock the fucking air out of maga lungs, my friends, while our elected representatives land head shots that leave snot running down the felon's nose.
