I aired and should have said "facility." I had saw it reported on in a podcast. Then looked at the internet, with a Washington Post article, then one on Salon which made clear it wasn't a "base." My mistake.

I am not anti- or pro-Qatar myself. However, as reported on a couple podcasts, maga cult members are angry about the facility. And that is a good thing.
