ICE "agents" are wholly anonymous. No badges. No numbers. No license plates.

If I were wrestled to the ground and shoved into an unmarked vehicle and thrown into a detention center despite lack of probable cause and sustained an injury, I couldn't sue as I wouldn't be able to identify one or more plaintiffs.
