Larsen has been involved in some of the most popular and well thought of programs in TV news. Most notably, as executive producer, he created ï¿½Up with Chris Hayes,ï¿½ which was recognized by critics across the political spectrum for its smart, substantive engagement with topics other shows wouldnï¿½t touch and its inclusion of people and voices seldom heard from. Prior to ï¿½Up,ï¿½ he worked for many years on ï¿½Countdown with Keith Olbermann,ï¿½ and also helped launch "Anderson Cooper 360."
