14. I looked up if the Governors control the National Guard. They can be called by up by the Feds

for "border security," hurricanes etc. I agree, L.A. is not on the border.
Has a federal emergency been declared? We know Miller thinks the protests are an "insurrection."
The goons have been pushing for this. Are they going to escalate so that when Trump comes back to work on Monday he'll be ready to declare martial law?
