8. They actually haven't yet decided whether the idiotic E.O. that ditches "Birthright Citizenship" was legal

(those cases are still in the pipeline)

They only decided on 45's whining about "nationwide injunctions", and in this particular case, using them against that ONE particular E.O. about "Birthright Citizenship".

And this is despite the fact that the GOP had been doing "judge shopping" all during Biden's term to funnel stuff into 5th Circuit Districts in order to implement "nationwide injunctions" against Biden! In fact, even during this 2nd term, they have purposely been moving immigrants TO 5th Circuit states in order to ensure the outcome the want - and judges elsewhere have FORCED THEM to move the people BACK to the jurisdictions where the arrest actually happened, when those 5th Circuit states the person was moved to, did NOT qualify for jurisdictional "habeas corpus".

So the GOP just lost their fave attack tactic.
