7. Don't see what the point would be.

The judge explained the basis, and appointed by Obama I doubt he's a hard-core Trumper.

Making it impossible to enjoy the view would make anybody able to stop anything they thought unpleasant. Don't like that protest permit? Hey, it impairs the view.

Don't like having traffic re-routed briefly? So much for that parade.

(Provided it's a federal issue and not a state issue, but then again maybe a lot of the 'argumentation' would percolate on down.)
