Beyond labels, there are certain strategies that tend to build larger coalitions.

When the anger among the vast vast majority of Americans is so palpable against all of the establishment, providing a solution for addressing why that angers exists and abandoning the unpopular establishment policies with reasonable level headed ones (like taxing the rich and providing alternative ways of obtaining prohibitively expensive basic necessities), is probably best.
