You can't tell us out of one side of your mouth that Trump is the greatest threat to American democracy in history, and then back down on the one thing you claimed was the most important issue of the shutdown.

No support from me here.

It is time to change the whole leadership structure of the party. I encourage my fellow Illinoisans to put pressure on Durbin to get him to resign now, rather than drag out his remaining time. He did an awful lot in his time, but if he's not going to show any spine now, he needs to take his bow and get off the stage and out of the theater.

And let's push Schumer out of the way if we can. He needs to go. Go go go. Let Governor Hochul appoint AOC to his senate seat.
