If the president takes no action in 10 days, the bill becomes law without his signature. A pocket veto only occurs if congress adjourns within that 10 day window and the president avoids signing or vetoing the bill.

I think he’ll take no action on the congressional bill, preferring to prevent release of the files by way of the sham “investigation” of Democrats supposedly fingered in the files.
