Yes. The Downey balls (still available, I think, at Walmart or some other places on the same shelf with the liquid Downey) are used with straight vinegar in the washer--to the same mark as you would for Downey. That and the wool balls in the dryer do a great job with fabric softening/anti-static cling, etc.

The tencel (either bamboo or eucalyptus) is really breathable, so these sheets are considerably cooler in summer. Amazon has some that are put on special from time to time that are of reasonable quality.

I worked overseas for years, and the sound of BBC broadcasts on a shortwave in non-English-speaking countries was the way I could get to sleep. So, I will often fall asleep with that on (internet streaming) to this day.

Final ingredient (for me, at least): 5 mg melatonin. My sister swears it doesn't work for her, but it sure does for me.
