times for a bulging disc pushing against the nerves. It was terrible pain but relived quite well after surgery.
Takes about 8 weeks as you were told, to heal and gentle PT really helps.
Last surgery was the worst as they had to do a lateral incision which required cutting through more muscle tissue.
These were all separate issues as my back was really messed up after years of heavy lifting due to my work.
One surgery may do the trick for you, hopefully.
