10. 💙💙💙yes i like to use a bread machine to mix the dough and allow it to rise the first time,

Then I take out the dough, place it on a parchment paper in a Dutch oven, and slash it and allow it to rise a second time in a warm oven. Then I bake in the Dutch oven.

I did slice off a small end piece and it turned out as well as I hoped! It has good flavor, a very crunchy crust, and soft interior crumb.

I think my husband will be very happy with the bread! He likes to use my homemade bread for his morning toast.
